Department name change and move

The Allocations department is now the Hotel Room Allocations department.
The Hotel department is now Hotel Relations department

The First Advisor’s department is moving to the Hospitality division.

30+ hour volunteer room lottery

Due to feedback from the Convention Committee, 30+ hour volunteers who prefer to have rooms in the Sheraton or Crowne Plaza will be notified 1 week prior to the room block opening to the public.

Note: The Board will work up a way for CONvergence Convention Committee members to put in requests for rooms in the other hotels for themselves and their department needs. This will be communicated at the next convention committee meeting.

Budgets are due today​

ConSuite: We are looking for suggestions for the replacement of soda fountains, due to additional issue with our current method. If you have any additional suggestions or would like to help research some of these options, please email [email protected] with the subject line Soda brainstorming.

The Resume timeline for 2017 (the same as previous years):

By November Con-Com: All Departments should have electronic copies of last year’s Resume documents emailed to them.

The Resume Deadline remains the April(2017) Con-com and the May Con-Com(2017) continues to be the Final Sign-off date.
